Merrows is currently working on the preparation of new ventures and the company is seeking partners to effect these ventures:

Portal linking customers to gambling services. This venture will require a partner with a Gambling License.

Portal linking customers to investment services such as Business Angels.

Portal linking customers to financial services, a partner is sought which has an FSA license.

Brief history of Merrows.

Merrows started a website called redburg.co.uk (After England's first Queen) selling rugs, bathrooms, toys as a pilot program. Orders were taken to local merchants.
Incorporation happened in August 2003, with Trevor Oakley being the sole director
Store opened the following year on London Road.
An accounts system was developed which will shortly be sold under licence
Offline Content Manager System developed which could also be sold under licence (developed for internal use)
Merrows.co.uk developed fo retail.
Merrows becomes the top account in Southend with many suppliers. The company is adversly affected by unfair trade from larger suppliers
Ventures include Fullbe, Pritine, and Sayworth
Trevor Oakley starts to network in 2010 trying to further business interests of Merrows
